The mixy-ccino is our adult take on a classic blended iced coffee that packs a boozy jolt. This recipe will make 4-6 servings and is a refreshing, festive treat to share at your next holiday gathering.
Ingredients
- Java Mixy
- Vodka
- 5 cups of ice
- Cream of choice (we used heavy cream for richness)
- Chocolate chips
- Whipped cream
- Pirouette to top
- Blender
Directions
- Infuse Java Mixy with Vodka for 1-3 days
- Shake and strain entire Vodka infused Mixy into your blender
- Add splash of cream
- Add small handful of chocolate chips
- Add 5 cups of ice & blend
- Pour into glasses
- Top with whipped cream
- Garnish with Pirouette or topping of choice
